Resources for Federal Workers

Congressman Eugene Vindman’s message to federal employees:

As federal employees, you are the backbone of our government. You keep our agencies running, support our communities, and ensure that essential services reach the American people.

We’ve seen troubling signals coming out of the White House: hiring freezes, illegal buyout offers, and the rigid return-to-office mandate. These policies fail to recognize the reality of modern work, efficiency, and cost shifting.

We cannot allow policies to stand that undermine national security, disrupt job security, hurt families, and drive away talent. That’s why I will continue to push for solutions that protect your rights, strengthen job stability, and ensure that federal employment remains a viable career path.

Thank you for your service to our country. I hope the following resources support you. Please always contact my office to open a constituent services case should you need further assistance.

RSVP for my in-person town hall on Feb. 18, 2025 at 7 PM in Dumfries at the Potomac Shores Middle School.
