Ruther Glen, Va. — Congressman Eugene Vindman (Va.-07), the only Virginian on the House Agriculture Committee, previewed the Caroline County Agriculture Fair and attended the fair’s annual cattle show alongside Caroline County Sheriff Scott C. Moser.
“The Caroline County Agriculture Fair is a proud local tradition that spotlights hardworking producers and families who keep Virginia’s agricultural industry strong,” said Vindman. “As the only Virginian on the Agriculture Committee, I know how important it is to be on the ground listening to the folks who grow our food, raise our livestock, and keep our rural communities thriving.”
Vindman toured the fairgrounds, spoke with local producers, and emphasized his continued commitment to supporting rural development and Virginia’s agricultural economy in Congress. He heard firsthand about the opportunities and challenges facing Virginia’s agricultural economy.
