I reached out to Congressman Vindman’s office to request help in obtaining my government paperwork which would establish my prior federal service. I had been waiting nine months with no results despite my own attempts to be proactive and follow up with HR. In desperation, I reached out to the Congressman’s office one day after seeing his newsletter on Facebook. I did not expect the immediate response I received which ultimately resulted in my getting the long awaited HR paperwork. I was impressed by both the seriousness with which my complaint was handled and the manner in which it was settled. If not for the help from this congressman I would likely still be waiting. I only want to wish Congressman Vindman much success in his efforts during this challenging time for our state (and nation). I will be forever grateful for his intervention.
