WASHINGTON, D.C. — One hundred days into his first term in the U.S. House of Representatives, Congressman Eugene Vindman (Va.-07) is already making a difference for Virginians — fighting for working families, showing up across the district, and delivering real results through hands-on service and legislative action.
Since being sworn in, Vindman has attended more than 51 public events and community meetings, hearing directly from Virginians about the issues that matter most. His dedicated constituent services team has represented the office at 58 events, bringing federal resources and support to communities across the region.
Additionally, the office has already helped close over 377 constituent casework requests, assisting individuals and families with everything from Social Security and veterans’ benefits to passports and IRS issues. So far, the team has helped return more than $630,000 to Virginians through this casework — proving that responsive, local service can make a real difference in people’s lives.
Vindman has introduced three bipartisan bills, the Support Military Families Act, the No Pay for Congress During Default or Shutdown Act, and the UNPLUGGED Act. He’s cosponsored 49 bills. He’s sent or cosigned 48 letters.
“Every case we open, every call we return, every event we attend — it all comes back to one thing: making sure we are delivering real results for the Seventh District,” said Vindman. “Too many hard-working families are doing everything right and still struggling to keep up with the rising cost of living. I came to Congress to fight for them — to lower costs, strengthen our schools, protect personal freedoms, and make sure every community has a fair chance at achieving the American Dream.”
In Congress, Vindman is already advancing priorities that reflect the needs and values of the district, like working to keep military families together, ensuring Members of Congress are held to the same standards as the people they represent, and championing phone-free classrooms that help students thrive. With a strong commitment to public service, national security, and the next generation, he’s focused on delivering solutions that matter for working families.
Vindman looks forward to continuing to host town halls, attend community events, and connect with neighbors across the Seventh District. Constituents who need assistance with a federal agency or benefit program are encouraged to visit vindman.house.gov or call (703) 987-2180.
