Washington, D.C. — Congressman Eugene Vindman (Va.-07) today announced that his office has now returned more than $7 million in federal casework funds to residents of Virginia’s Seventh District, solving more than 2,472 constituent cases.
Since taking office in January 2025, Team Vindman has closed over 2,500constituent cases, attended more than 625 events, and proudly returned a total of over $7 million to Virginians.
“I’m proud to announce that my dedicated constituent services team has returned more than $7 million backlogged dollars to folks across the Seventh District,” said Vindman. “Virginians deserve a government that works for them — and that means making sure federal agencies deliver on their promises. If you or someone you know is having trouble with a federal agency or benefit, please reach out. My office is here to make sure you get the help you deserve.”
Casework dollars are secured and returned by fighting for fair treatment for those having issues with a federal agency, program, or benefit. Vindman’s office assists Virginians with many casework concerns — including backlogged Social Security checks, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits, Medicare benefits, and delayed Internal Revenue Service (IRS) refunds.
